Fickleness of my mind resides here

outside in the front yard.. I am waiting for my kids to come .. coz they are coming home for a break..

all my kids and grand kids and great grand kids..

and I see the cars pull into the drive way .. and all of them come and hug me..

then I see myself on the bed in my room.. in my husband's arms..

everyone around me all happy with a nice glow on their face yet they are all worried and sad..

I take one last look at them.. and then I see him.. tell him I will always love him.. and then with a smile of a woman who is content with her life and has lived every moment of it.. I shut my eyes
